Recommended Prior LearningStudents taking the Sports Performance and Development Programme option are also expected to represent or play sport for Massey High School to be in the course.
Year 10 has a more “in-depth” look at sports conditioning and athlete development. We examine the skeletal and muscular systems, diet and nutrition, training schedules, and biomechanics. There is a mix of theory and practical classes.
Year 10 Sports Development is a full-time program, with classes every day.
