This Course will allow the student the opportunity to utilise the skills, and knowledge within the fields of Product and Spatial Design. Spatial Design includes the areas of Architecture, Landscaping, and Interior Design with the student choosing their personal projects within these fields. This course is in line with university courses in Design and allows for a seamless transition to university courses if they choose after 301.
Drawing skills in freehand and technical drawing. Presentation skills in a variety of modes and media.
Social implications of design. Computer modeling and computer aided design using 123D design, Archicad 19, & Sketchup Pro software.

Contributions and Equipment/Stationery
Approximately $45. Students will need to purchase the appropriate instruments and stationery but should already have these from previous graphics study. A drawing board, T-square and access to a PC at home are an advantage.
Recommended Prior Learning
Achieved 10-12 credits in Graphics 201, or referred to HOD Graphics for entry by negotiation.
