Course Description

The 203 course will be made up of five internally assessed History and Geography topics. These will include an inquiry into an historical event of significance to New Zealanders, a study of a contemporary issue, a global study and carrying out research. The content and assessment level for each topic will be appropriate to each individual student’s level of study. Hence, a mixture of level 1 and level 2 credits may be gained.

$25 to cover printing costs of workbooks
2 exercise books 1B5, pens, coloured pencils, ruler, glue stick.
Local fieldwork possible, will not exceed $10

The course is designed for students who do not have the prior learning for Geography or History 201
