Level 1 Physical Education is an open entry course. 


Level 1 Physical Education involves both theory and practical lessons. The course focuses on how the body works, exploring the anatomy and biomechanical functions during a physical performance. Students will learn to develop and demonstrate interpersonal skills in an outdoor education setting during a trip away. The students will learn about personal and social responsibility.

This is a great course, with a combination of practical and classroom lessons.
