Sustainable Food - Hospitality Academy Level 2 (3 hours per day)

This programme is designed for students to work sustainably with a food system that provides healthy food to people focussing on the concept of garden to table and sustainable food. There will be an emphasis on students growing some food in garden plots as well as cookery skills. (Note some standards are TBC).
