Course Description

Teacher in Charge: S. Lang

This course can lead students to University/Tertiary study. Physical Education Level 3 involves both theory and practical lessons. The course focuses on the academic study of: physical fitness, training principles and anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, an analysis of a sports activity, skill acquisition and sports performance.

Recommended Prior Learning

14 credits or more in Physical Education Level 2. Admission into course at discretion of HOD of PE.
