Course Description
Teacher in Charge: C. Bidois.
This course may be offered through Te Kura (correspondence), depending on numbers.
Language Skills: Listening, speaking, reading and writing
Topics: Background study of Japan, life and culture in NZ, youth issues, compare and contrast life in NZ and Japan.
METHODS OF ASSESSMENT:
Three internal assessments and two external assessments
EXTRA CURRICULAR:
Cooking experiences, Restaurant Trip
Recommended Prior Learning
NCEA Level 1 Japanese, 12 credits recommended .
