Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Ariane Bourneville

This is a skills based, (one hour a day), course aimed at Year 11 and other senior students who are interested in the Fashion industry. You will learn to make your own clothes, how to use a sewing machine and general knowledge of fabric terms and clothing materials. Students learn to make a garment of their own choice, a child’s garment and a lined skirt. This class is open to those who have not taken Fabric Technology in the past and would like to learn new skills in this area. The standards are Level 2.
